Opening reception begins at 5:00PM. Conference ends at noon on Sunday, March 28. Venue ACOR sessions, exhibitions and receptions will be held at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center, located on Pier 66 on Seattle’s historic waterfront. The Seattle Marriott Waterfront is across the street, and The Edgewater is on the adjacent Pier 67. Both hotels offer the opportunity for rooms with water views. The area features popular shops, restaurants, major attractions and is within walking distance of Downtown Seattle. Hotel Rates The conference rate for the Marriott is $142 per night, single or double occupancy. The conference rate for The Edgewater is $169 for a water view, $139 for a city view, single or double occupancy. All rates exclusive of city and state taxes, currently 15.6%. Reservations must be made through ACOR to receive conference rates. Conference Rates Full registration: $375. Companion $175. The latter is available only to individuals who accompany full registrants and who will limit their attendance to receptions, exhibitions, and the Dealers’ Row. Payment Must be via major credit card, money order or check drawn on a US-domiciled bank, in US dollars. Cancellation Full refunds will be available prior to January 15, partial refunds thereafter, and no refunds after March 1. Natural Dye Workshop Wednesday and Thursday, 8:30 – 4:00. Pre-registration required. Attendance limited to 15 people per day. Fee of $60 per person includes all materials, notebook with color images, and lunch.
